Remembering cousin Margaret today. Here we are having a sleepover back in the day... down on the farm... the days of Paisley pattern quilts. I'll be writing her funeral script today and delivering it next Saturday. Sad.

Loving this Max Richter - Dream - that's my new funeral entrance music. https://open.spotify.com/track/6CZQOWmIA9GymbjdaEJcGu?si=R3MXy-aTQ023_f94oE8dUQ
Fab pics of Repercussion - Erin's early genius.
In 2011, Erin and I went on a Rites of Passage training course with Sue Gill and Gilly Adams in Falkland as research for Fling. We were to take an object along that meant something. I took the photo just posted - mum and dad (Jock & Puffy). We laid our objects on a table and then each of us picked one and imagined its story. The lovely Persephone wrote this. Fills me with joy and melancholy.
Mum and dad out a walk with me to Dunskey castle from South Acre 1987. Guess this is just before Jess was born.
Dad's birthday tomorrow. Always alive. Love this old pic from Trina's treasure trove showing mum and dad in the centre with mum's only sis, A. Barbara and U. Archie to mum's right.
Mum and dad with A. Barbara (mum's sis, bridesmaid). Left is Papa Chalmers with Gran Black and on right, Gran Chalmers with Papa Black.
Sharing for Charlie today. She's doing her own ritual Day of the Dead mass in Venice for Marc who died 12 years ago.
My friend Dani Maimone is sharing this to remember her Mum who died 30 years ago with this lovely old pic of happy days. Share your photos here to remember happy times and folks we miss.
Hah. This image just popped up when I googled Horsecross in Perth. It's from a Plan B project Erin, Nic, Fiona Fleming and I did in 2010 with Horsecross and Perth schools: Glow Co-Create called 'Hooks+Bites'. Fun. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZ2r38dGp0A
Me and siblings at Cottiers - the Southacre Six.
Jack and Dan - from classmates to flatmates. Hipsters.
Jess and I selected the flowers - wild and wonderful - and arranged them with Erin, Shel and Chris at Cottiers.
Erin and me ready for the off at 157.
